Complete Questionnaire
Answer our comprehensive fertility questionnaire. This typically takes 30-45 minutes. We are certain just by completing the questionnaire you will have a better understanding of your fertility potential.
Pay for Your Report
If you decide to purchase the report you can do that. Alternatively, you can just complete the questionnaire and delete your account if you don't want to purchase the report.
Report Generation
Fertilia will analyse your responses and write you a comprehensive report using the latest fertility research and medical data.
Review Your Report
Review your report with a summary, main content, and actionable suggestions. Ask Fertilia to explain anything you don't understand while reviewing your report.
Ask Questions
Use our AI assistant to ask questions about your report and get further clarification on your fertility journey.
Download Your Report
Access and download your completed report as a PDF at any time from your account dashboard. Keep it for future reference and offline access.
Delete Your Account
When you're finished, you can easily delete your account and all associated data from our service. There is no reason for us to keep your data when you've finished with your report.

Downloading Your Report

- 3Click the "Download Report" button
- 4The report will be downloaded to your device
Your report will be available for download until you delete your account.
Deleting Your Account
- 1Sign in to your account
- 2Go to "MyDashboard" page
- 3Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
- 4Read the warning message and confirm your decision
- 5Type "delete me" in the box below to confirm
- 6Click "Yes, delete my account"
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, all your data, including your fertility report, will be permanently removed from our systems. Make sure you have downloaded your report before deleting your account.
