Answer our comprehensive fertility questionnaire. Even completing the questionnaire alone can give you a better understanding of your fertility potential.
Pay for Your Report
If you decide to purchase the report, you can do that after the questionnaire. If not, you can simply delete your account and data.
Report Generation
Fertilia analyzes your responses using the latest fertility research and medical data to generate your report.
Review Your Report
Read your summary, core analysis, and practical suggestions. Ask Fertilia to explain anything you would like clarified.
Ask Questions
Use our AI assistant to ask questions about your report and receive further clarification on your fertility journey.
Download Your Report
Access and download your completed report as a PDF from your dashboard whenever you need it.
Delete Your Account
When you're done, you can delete your account and all associated data from our service.

Downloading Your Report

- 2Navigate to the "MyDashboard" page
- 3Click the "Download Report" button
- 4The report will be downloaded to your device
Your report will be available for download until you delete your account.
Deleting Your Account
- 1Sign in to your account
- 2Go to "MyDashboard" page
- 3Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
- 4Read the warning message and confirm your decision
- 5Type "delete me" in the box below to confirm
- 6Click "Yes, delete my account"
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, all your data, including your fertility report, will be permanently removed from our systems. Make sure you have downloaded your report before deleting your account.
